a. Program Description
The Independent Movement may send recurring SMS or MMS messages related to civic engagement, advocacy, fundraising, surveys, events, voter information, organizational updates, and related activities.
b. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By signing up for text messages, submitting a form with your mobile phone number, donating, participating in a survey, or otherwise providing consent, you authorize The Independent Movement to send text messages to the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of making a donation, purchasing goods or services, or participating in any program.

e. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages from The Independent Movement at any time by replying:

After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should not receive further text messages from us unless you opt back in.
Other commonly recognized opt-out words may also be honored, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL, where supported by our messaging provider.

7. Supported Carriers
Text messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers or in all areas.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
